Terms of Use
Welcome to the Dinendi Web site (the "Site"). By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, please do not use the Site. Dinendi may from time to time modify or revise the Terms by updating this Web page. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your use of the Site.
Policies
Dinendi TV Mirror orders are customized, therefore, payment is required at the time an order is placed.
We accept Visa and Master Card. Dinendi does not accept C.O.D. terms.
Dinendi TV Mirror Frames are produced to within plus or minus an eighth of an inch of the dimensions
specified on the product details page. Dinendi TV Mirrors may be customized, therefore all sales are final.
Dinendi does not accept returns, except for defective parts or workmanship.
If required, a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) will be issued and the product should be
returned to Dinendi. Dinendi will not accept returned products unless these procedures are followed.
Goods must be returned in original packaging and packed as received. Dinendi will not issue refunds
on returned goods; but, at its option, repair or replace the defective product.
All merchandise is carefully inspected and packaged before leaving the the Dinendi warehouse.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the merchandise at the time of arrival and document any visible damage
and to notify the Dinedni and the shipper. Upon arrival of the product unpack and inspect it for conformation with the
order, flaws or damage. Contact Dinendi if errors, flaws or damage to the product are found,
and return the product within 14 days. Dinendi will not accept returned frames unless these procedures are followed.
Except for defective materials and workmanship, as described above, there are no warranties on the product.
